Each school year an interview date is set in April for students and employers to get together. Students will come prepared with a resume for each employer at the interview. Employers that wish to sponsor a student for summer on-the job-training program will be present on this day to interview. After the interviews take place, each employer will notify ACT with a list of whom they would like to hire. Employment begins when school is out for the summer.
